Knić is a small town on regional road 212, roughly halfway between Gornji Milanovac and Kragujevac. It serves as a local administrative center for the surrounding villages and sees regular commuter traffic. If your vehicle gives out in or around Knić, you are in a part of rural Šumadija where towing services can be scarce. Regional road 212 passes through Knić as it winds between Gornji Milanovac and Kragujevac. The road through this section crosses rolling countryside with moderate elevation changes. East of Knić, the road continues through Bare toward Kragujevac. West of Knić, it heads back through the hills toward Gornji Milanovac. The road surface is decent but narrow in places, particularly near village entrances.
